Winter is Coming, Gambier
February 10, 2012
Ned Stark was right, everyone. Well, sort of. We probably won’t be getting a Westeros-style years-long winter. In fact, this iteration of winter will only last a couple of days. It’s still a hardship, though.
Weather.com’s 10-day forecast warns us that today’s high is 36° F and, more importantly, that snow showers will start in the evening. The cold will really kick into gear on Saturday, however, when the predicted high is a mere 22° F. Sunday’s not much better with its high of 27° F.
Things should pick up by mid-week, but we may not get back these recent balmy days of practically-late-March for some time.
