Do it tonight: An Evening with Gary Knell

(via The New York Times)

Do you listen to the radio? Do you watch the news? Do you use the internet, or listen to music ever? If you didn’t answer “yes” to any of these questions, I’m assuming that your internet experience is equal to something like this, in which case you’re probably pretty overwhelmed right now. But, if you did answer “yes” to any of these questions, you should come to Higley Auditorium at 6:00 p.m. to hear President and CEO of National Public Radio Gary Knell talk about the future of public radio! Knell, a Kenyon parent, will be discussing the innovative initiatives that NPR is pursuing in social media, NPR Music, and programming. Because it’s at six, you will miss the Peirce dinner time rush, and you’ll be informed about the changing pace of our times. So basically, it’s a win-win!

  • What: An Evening with Gary Knell, presented by Student Lectureships
  • Where: Higley Auditorium
  • When: 6:00 p.m.
