Spring Break Sports Roundup

Things were busy in the Kenyon sports scene over spring break. Both the Baseball and Softball teams kicked off their seasons in Florida, the Golf team traveled to South Carolina, the Tennis teams went to California, and basically every single day some team or another had a game. Here’s how they did:

Friday, March 1:

Men’s Indoor Track at NCAC Indoor Championships: 7th Place

Women’s Indoor Track at NCAC Indoor Championships: 7th Place

Saturday, March 2: 

Men’s Lacrosse vs. Sewanee: The University of the South: Loss 5-6

Women’s Lacrosse at Thiel College: Win 16-7

Ultimate Frisbee (SERF) vs. University of Connecticut: Loss 9-15

SERF vs. SUNY Buffalo: Loss 12-13

SERF vs. Clemson University: Win 11-7

SERF vs. University of Virginia: Loss 10-12

Sunday, March 3:

Baseball vs. Anna Maria College: Win 7-0 (Game 1) Loss 1-4 (Game 2)

SERF vs. William and Mary: Win 13-7

SERF: Clemson University: Win 9-8

SERF is also now ranked #1 in Division III Ultimate. Congratulations, guys!
