Made in Peirce: Nuts n’ Butts

Good news, people with nut allergies! Technically speaking, peanuts aren’t nuts– they’re legumes– meaning you’re totally in the clear to enjoy these delicious peanut-butter-based Peirce creations brought to my attention by the culinary prowess of Peter Birren ’15!***

1. Thai Peanut Salad

The ingredients: Ginger Soy Dressing, Lemon Juice (salad bar), Soy Sauce, Siracha, Sesame Seeds (spice racks), Chunky Peanut Butter (next to International)

Mix all of the ingredients very, very thoroughly in a bowl, then pour it all over some salad. Throw some shredded carrots and fried noodles on top to Thai the dish together. Bahahaha!

2. Reese’s Puffs Sundae

The ingredients: Smooth Peanut Butter, Chocolate + Vanilla Soft-Serve, Chocolate Syrup, Generic Cocoa Flavored Cereal Puffs

Combine all ingredients in a cup and stir it up. I’LL BE DAMNED IF THAT SHIT DOESN’T TASTE EXACTLY LIKE REESE’S FOR BREAKFAST.
