Old K Party Work Out

Even though we all love the KAC, it’s not always easy to find time to get a work out in. Fortunately, there are alternative methods of burning some calories at Kenyon. One of the best places to do this is at an Old Kenyon party. Here are a few exercises that can help you shed the pounds while you get your groove on.

Ten Minute Dance Challenge. Make your way into the middle of the dance floor and shake your money-maker for ten straight minutes. It’s a great aerobic exercise similar to Jazzercise, except with rap music and people making out all around you.

The Pizza Relay. Attempt to take an entire box of pizza without someone catching you. This is mostly a sprint workout, but you may need to crawl to avoid detection.

The Jersey Fist Pump. This one is great for getting some tone in your arms. Here’s a great lesson from the stars of the hit television program, the Jersey Shore.

Just Stand There. Seriously, it’s like a sauna in there. Just standing in the basement of Old Kenyon for an hour or two will be enough to burn some quick calories.
