With the weather fluctuating between April showers and the kind of temperatures that favor May flowers, spring seasons wound down as reading days began and seconds spent in Olin became minutes and hours. Track and field ran its races up at the conference championships, golf surged in the standings at its tournament series and baseball ended the year on a high note. Here are the results from the Lords’ and Ladies’ action over the weekend.

Saturday, May 3

Baseball: at Wittenberg University; W 13-4, L 10-11

Women’s Track and Field: at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championship (in Oberlin, Ohio); 8th place (out of eight teams)

Men’s Track and Field: at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championship (in Oberlin, Ohio); 9th place (out of nine teams)

Sunday, May 4

Golf: at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championship Series (in Crawfordsville, Ind.); 2nd place (out of nine teams)

Baseball: at Wittenberg University; W 3-1

You stay classy, Kenyon athletes. It’s been a ball.
