Unfortunately, this letter was generated and sent from our college relations office – my office. The head hitting the keyboard was mine, after we realized this terrifyingly wrong version was inadvertently mailed. As I said in my apology email which I sent to senior parents as soon as we realized the mistake, the letter was downright Halloween scary given the huge number of mistakes. We sent a corrected version right away. Hopefully we’ll do better on our next letters and bring our grade back up. :) Cheers, Heidi Hansen McCrory, Vice President for College Relations
You might want to print out the apology email that seems to blame it on President Decatur and then adds the revised letter from Decatur as an attachment. There is a problem with tone, style and attitude conveyed by author.
What about the letter sent on Sept. 11 from “Commencement Email” that showed the email addresses of all senior parents and must have set a record for length.
hahahahahhahhhhhhhhh
This is the proper Kenyon response.
Did this actually go out to parents or is this satire?
it was sent to all the parents of the senior class. actually sent. to hundreds of people.
there is also a space missing in “invite you to be apart of the success”
This did go out to parents, yes.
HAHAHAHHAHA

might one ask how this letter came to exist in the first place?
“apart” instead of “a part”

“longstanging” is a verb for drinking tallboys.
Other errors include
“mjoring in drama”
“Sneior Parents Fund”
This literally had me in tears from laughter
