Phoebe Roe ’16 is all over campus. A Psychology major with minors in both English and Arabic, Phoebe is involved in ten campus organizations. She’s President of PEKK, Co-President of the Roosevelt Institute, Chair of the Housing and Dining, and Housing Lottery Reformation Committees, a CA and tour guide, a Co-Owner of Kenyon Carryout, is part of the equestrian team, and an Archon. She’s got a lot on her plate, even on a day without classes. Read on for a taste of Monday February 2nd, 2015 in the life of Phoebe Roe.

7:37 am – Wake-up. First email of the day is sent to the East Knox Volunteers because of the bad weather.

7:55 am – After slipping on ice a few times, it’s KAC o’clock! (Phoebe’s equivalent of Cove o’clock)
9:25 am – Heads up to Peirce for coffee and food
9:45 am – Heads home for a shower and some emailing

10:45 am – Leave for Peirce again
11:00 am – 12:00pm – Housing and Dining Committee Office Hours
12:00 – 1:20 pm – Ate lunch, and hung with “The Girls and Scott” where llama bouncing videos were watched, astrological compatibilities were checked (and were found to be failures), and Sour Patch Kids were eaten

1:30 pm – Office hours with Professor Matz of the English Department
1:50 pm – Post Office run/CA Duty Phone drop
2:00 pm – Trip to the ResLife Office for a meeting with Cathy Kempton and Jill Engel-Hellman
2:30 – 4:56 pm – Headed back to Peirce to interview someone for a Collegian article, then to work on an essay and drink tea

7:45 pm – Headed to Outdoors House for “study time”

7:45-8:15 pm – Trimmed grass received from AVI (you know, the ones that were in Peirce a few weeks ago)
8:15-9:15 pm – Chat with with her pal Devin
9:15-10:45 pm – Actual essay-writing, and homework doing
10:15 pm – Realized she missed her Archons meeting
11:40 pm – Headed home
11:50 pm– Got ready for bed by sending some more emails
12:05 pm – Fell blissfully asleep
