It’s that time of year again. The weather is finally nice, finals are over, and if you don’t leave your room by noon on Saturday you’ll get fined out the wazoo. Time to move out for a few months, and see what happens to your body when studying five hours a day is no longer necessary.
A lot has happened this semester. The campus, and the village surrounding it, is changing, and important discussions are being had about issues that are too-often swept aside. A lot of things still feel unresolved, and it is our hope that the student body will return to campus realizing that there is work still to be done.
After a semester of leadership, Carolyn Ten Eyck ’18 and Natasha Preston ’17 are taking on the role of editors emeritae, aka the Grandmas Thrill. Gracie Potter ’17 and Yasmin Nesbat ’18 will be your new Editors-in-Chief in the fall, so get excited!
As always, The Thrill wants to continue producing quality content, and welcomes any (respectful) feedback that you might have. Please email us at thekenyonthrill@gmail.com if you have ideas about what you’d like to see from us next semester. Applications will open at the beginning of the year, and we will continue to accept guest pieces.
Have a great summer, and we’ll see you clowns in August!
