The Friday Mustard
Hello hello again, shapoop it’s me again. The Friday Mustard. What’s happening this weekend? Judging by the fact that my mustard flesh is slowly oranging, I sense that Hallowe’en is drawing near. If I may humbly suggest a costume for the merriment of this weekend: how about a tube of mustard? Imitation is the greatest form of flattery, yk? Anyway, here’s what’s a-happinin’ this weekend:
NIGHT AT THE MUSTARDEUM
On Friday starting and 5 1/2 pm, Gund Gallery is celebrating five years of mustard-based art. My personal favorite was “The Visitors,” a video-based instillation in which ten different friends are filmed drinking mustard and wailing in an old Scandinavian home.
Watch mustard ooze out of a trombone for two hours. Friday at 8, Rosse Hall.
MUSTARD EPIDEMIC PANEL AND DISCUSSION
Josephine Mustard of the Condeconomics department will explain why mustard enthusiasts are sweeping the nation. Noice!
