If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
I’ve always liked the idea of invisibility because I feel like it’s the type of thing where you can use it in really interesting ways that you might not be able to use it for otherwise. I think it would also be hard because there are lots of places where I can’t be invisible like class because then people don’t know I’m there, but it’d be fun to use it to spook friends. I like spooking friends. It’d also be good for eavesdropping and I try not to do it but I definitely have a problem with eavesdropping.
Describe your perfect day at Kenyon.
My favorite days are when I don’t have a lot of work and I can go to the BFEC or go for a walk somewhere for long periods of time, either alone or with people I care about. Those are the best for me because I don’t always get the chance to be in nature here and back home that was a big part of my life so it’s really nice to be able to spend some time outside. I’d also probably end up going to office hours or something because office hours is where I live and then I would hang out with some friends and just dance and have a good time.
What type of flower matches your soul?
I really like those tiny little white flowers that come out after the winter (lilies of the valley) and I feel like I have that kind of face. Also I like circles– I’m currently doing math with circles and I feel very circular in myself.
What’s the most important thing about being a DA and why did you decide to become one?
I decided to become a DA because I think that at Kenyon, I’ve had a really positive experience but I know that because of some of the ways that things are set up and the ways that people ahve been treated at Kenyon, a lot of people that I know have not had great experiences. And while I cannot necessarily understand everyone’s identity, I can always work for the betterment of people within the Kenyon community. I became a DA because I really care about this community and I really want to make it a positive experience for the people who go here.
Your hair is amazing! What color would you want to dye it next?
If I do dye it another color, I’m gonna dye it a color I’ve never done before like orange, or a pure green color. I haven’t done yellow either.
