The Fixings:

- ½ ounce dark rum
- 2 ounces milk (use cream next to the coffee machines from Peirce for a richer drink)
- ⅛ ounce vanilla extract
- ½ ounce simple syrup (see note)
- Dash of grated nutmeg
In a mixing glass three-quarters filled with ice (or milk ice cubes if you care about the integrity and potency of the beverage) , pour the bourbon, rum, milk or cream, vanilla and simple syrup. Shake with vigor for about 30 seconds. Enjoy with a light dust with nutmeg, and get your milk mustache on.
