There’s a bot for everything these days, and I was delighted to discover this week that someone much more technically savvy than I developed a bot that can scan any Twitter account and write a sonnet with its tweets. I took it for a spin to see how many English majors it could outdo.

COME HERE FOR FREE FOOD AND GOOD ART: The Creative Writing Senior Seminar Presentation

Writing’s really amazing because you don’t need any formal education to be a writer.

Seven students decided to pursue a creative writing degree anyway. At 5 p.m. today in Cheever Room of Finn House (the yellow house next to the post office), the Creative Writing Senior Seminar (myself included) will be reading excerpts from our creative capstone projects in completion of the Creative Writing Emphasis. There will also be refreshments!
