I could say a lot of things right now about why you should vote today instead of tomorrow. I could use clichés or guilt or song. I could list all the ways that not voting can and will hurt this election cycle. I honestly believe that most of us do want to vote, but the heavy weight of apathy often wins. We don’t want to look up the schedule, and we don’t have time to find a ride.
I won’t be the first or only one to state the blatant fact that the infrastructure and resources at Kenyon are limited. We are often met with power outages, boil alerts, and long lines in Peirce. It should come as no surprise that historically, Gambier’s voting accommodations are no different.
