For his solid defensive play in the Lords’ win over DePauw University last Saturday, linebacker Kolin Sullivan ’14 earned the North Coast Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week award. Of Sullivan’s six tackles against the Tigers, one in particular came at just the right time. Late in the fourth quarter, Sullivan helped stop the Tigers’ attempt at a two-point conversion after a touchdown that would have tied the game if completed. Instead, the Lords went on to beat the Tigers 28-26. This is the third time in the last two seasons that the NCAC has honored Sullivan for his defensive play. Congrats Kolin!
