Andrew Pochter ’15 Memorial Service

Today at 4:00 p.m., in the Great Hall of Peirce, the Kenyon community will honor and celebrate Andrew Pochter ’15. This memorial is open to the entire Kenyon community, and all those who desire to come are encouraged to attend.

Andrew was killed amidst mob violence this past summer in Alexandria, Egypt while working as an intern with AMIDEAST. He was living in an Egyptian home, mastering his Arabic, and teaching English to young Egyptian students.

Today’s memorial service is a forum to celebrate Andrew’s life and the immense impact he had on his family, friends, and the Kenyon community as a whole.
