Do It Tonight: Red Thread Concert

Hey it's Rhodes! He supports the Red Thread Movement.

Hey it’s Rhodes (that dude from French Club)! He supports the Red Thread Movement.

Get ready, because this looks like it’s going to be a pretty solid show and for a great cause. The Red Thread Movement supports former victims of sex trafficking in Nepal by selling the red thread bracelets that they make.  The proceeds go not only to supporting fair trade wages for the women but also the border units that rescue them and provide a safe houses. Bracelets for admittance can be purchased at the door so you can see an awesome concert and support a great cause. Even better: if you already purchased a bracelet earlier this semester your admission is free! Oh and did I mention there will be French Club, Willows, Townships, Mary Allen and Jay Leung … that’s a good lineup.

What: Red Thread Concert put on by Not For Sale, Peer Counselors and The Horn Gallery

When: April 12th (Today) at 9PM

Where: The Horn Gallery
