Of course The VI is a great restaurant, bar, and concert venue. But every Wednesday night, it hosts what is perhaps our largest drunken brawl — of wits. By 10pm most Wednesdays, the microphone is set up, groups are forming, cards and pens distributed, and the BACs of the competitors are as high as their hopes.
Do you know a lot of random, mostly useless information? Let not your talents be wasted! Grab a team and come to Wednesday night trivia at the Village Inn! Alcohol is available to those who are of age, but don’t get too schwasty too fast—you’ll likely be in close competition with some of your professors. This week’s theme is FOOD and $20 in drink coupons will be awarded to the winning team! Things typically get going around 10:00pm, but be sure to arrive early to reserve your table.

Well, it’s official. President Decatur (nickname pending) is one of us. Think you know everything there is to know about Kenyon’s history because you vaguely remember that tour you took as a prospie and once heard Tim Shutt tell a ghost story? Think again. This cool quiz, designed by official keeper of Kenyonia Tom Stamp ’73, will probably bring you down a peg. Even this Thrill staffer only got 11.5 out 0f 20. No matter your score, it’s a nice way to kill a few minutes on this lovely Friday morning.

Following Second City (which starts at 9:00 p.m.), first years and upperclass students are invited to compete in Orientation’s first Trivia Night. There will be free pizza, wings and prizes for the winners! Unfortunately, unlike Trivia Night at the VI, there will be no beer.
