About two years ago, during the halcyon days of this blog’s youth, we took the temperature of the Kenyon music scene, so to speak, and wound up with a compilation called “The Kenyon Sound.” The figurative thermometer gave us a reading that was all over the place: cold electronic textures and beats were found side by side with warmer, more acoustic and vocal pieces, by students and alumni alike.
