The Lords won the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division III Swimming and Diving Championships, beating Denison University 499.5 – 428. The Ladies held on for second place with 483 points, behind Emory University’s 619 points and ahead of the Big Red’s third-place 363 points. Congrats to both teams and party on with that purple pride.

Things were busy in the Kenyon sports scene over spring break. Both the Baseball and Softball teams kicked off their seasons in Florida, the Golf team traveled to South Carolina, the Tennis teams went to California, and basically every single day some team or another had a game. The Super Bowl’s the big news in sports right now, but back in Gambier, our teams have been doing well. The Lords and Ladies kept up their winter season over the last weeks of break, and they continued with a strong showing this week. Here are the scores:

Women’s Basketball vs. Wittenberg University: WIN 64-52

Everybody had better watch out: the Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams are on a roll. The Lords won both of their most recent two games and the Ladies have now won 4 in a row.
